ONTHERAIL has been known for some time for the caustic wit and insider bent of it’s news and stories, and the site’s forums are known for the no-holds barred posts from people in the trenches of the business. Now the crew at Tatu have pitched in and the site offers Podcasts of stories, news and commentary from the site founders as well as users who have volunteered their efforts to make these podcasts truly the voice of the restaurant biz.

Not far down the road the team will be adding multi-media podcasts as well, offering up an eclectic mix of images, humor and who knows what else!
