Lately we’ve been working a lot with maps. First it was the Google Earth obsession, which quickly lead to us wanting to use these maps for our clients. And of course we wanted to use them in Flash so we could build nifty stuff around them too.
The first few attempts were with Google’s API’s for their maps. But Google uses javascript and not Flash, and the results were. Uhhhh. Rather boring.
Then we discovered that Yahoo had integrated their map API into Flash and were offering their components for us to play with. How COULD we resist?
